Operations Committee
In addition to the CHSS Board, CHSS operates with one permanent committee: our Operations Committee which is responsible for reviewing CHSS performance, resolving issues, providing a strategic outlook and establishing/reviewing service levels and other related items.
HealthPRO Committee
CHSS also has members that sit on the HealthPRO Clinical Contract Advisory Committee (CCAC). There is one CHSS representative as well as representation from member hospitals' Procurement and clinical subject matter experts on this committee.
RFx Evaluation Committees
As part of the tendering process, CHSS will create ad hoc evaluation working groups comprised of hospital subject matter experts, to establish RFx specifications and evaluation criteria, and to participate in the proponent selection process.
