Our member hospitals are our clients but they also act as resources for CHSS. Their materials management, finance and logistics personnel are consulted on a daily basis by CHSS in order to drive out a collective decision making process. Respectively, CHSS cultivates close relationships with all of the above mentioned stakeholders because they are the backbone upon which regional goals are achieved.
The CHSS member hospitals are also staffed with valuable clinical resources. CHSS engages them through committees, working groups or by direct contact in order to participate in the regional decision making processes.
The CHSS objective is to engage these resources in order to achieve the regions ultimate goal of improving patient care in an efficient manner.
