John is a seasoned healthcare administrator with over 35 years of progressive experience in Hospital Support Services Leadership and Supply Chain Management and is an advocate for expanding strategic sourcing collaboration locally, provincially, and nationally. As Executive Director of Champlain Health Supply Services, John is responsible for ensuring Member Organizations maximize the value of the collaborative strategic sourcing experience offered through a Shared Service model. Combining the individual needs of member hospitals and those of other Provincial and National partners, results in cost savings, administrative efficiencies and innovation, supporting improved outcomes for patients. Prior to CHSS John has been a Board Member for several local Not-for-Profit organizations in the Healthcare Sector.
Jyotika has 10 years of progressive experience in the supplier community and has been with CHSS for over 8 years. At CHSS, she has held the positions of Sourcing Analyst and Senior Sourcing & Contract Administrator. Now as the Manager of Strategic Sourcing, Jyotika manages CHSS vendors and member hospital sourcing initiatives in accordance with CHSS goals and objectives, as well as Provincial mandates. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Physics from The University of Toronto.
